Do you think they'll bring back the Tactical Nuke for MW3?

What do ya think? Do ya think they'll bring back the Nuke or have all new Kill Streaks? I know Sludge hammer and someone else is making the multiplayer for MW3 so we might be even expecting to see something we've never seen before maybe? What do you guys think links? Thoughts? comments? theories?
