Can you get your first and only OWI expunged in WI?

I recently got an OWI, and it is not something that I want looming over my head forever. My court date is coming up soon. This is not a true reflection of my character and I would like to know if it is possible to get it reduce to a lesser charge ( PAC .08 - .099) and if not then can I get the OWI expunged. This incident is something that will absolutely never happen again, and I just want to know how to go about getting it expunged in the state of Wisconsin?
