Is Obama proving why he will be a good president, while McCain is just trying to disprove Obama?

I think the Palin VP pick was the "swan song." At this point, I think McSame is just trying to get enough GOP voters out to the polls to win whatever local elections (judges, propositions, etc.) that he can. Unless Obama can be believably tied to Bin Laden in the next 3 weeks, we will have a new Democratic president.
