Movement at 9 weeks pregnant?

Is it possible to feel a baby moving at only 9 weeks pregnant? I felt my first child move at around 20 weeks, my second at 14 weeks. I am currently 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant, carrying a 3rd child as a host surrogate for my friends and today I have been experiencing a quivering/fluttering sensation. Is this the baby moving?
