Another bailout bill going to p?

How many Obama supporters that dogged out Bush for the Bailout package are now giving Obama hell over this one. I have not read the entire bill but it appears only 1/3 will go toward tax cuts. It also includes 200 million dollars to re-sod the national lawn other things that can be put off.
