Employer Unauthorized Deductions?

Looking at it morally, you're just paying him the money you owe him as per your agreement. What's your motive? Are you trying to rip him off for his $100? Now I can possibly understand why you're no longer in the job.As to it's legality look at your original contract, although any lawyer with a sense of justice wouldn't touch your case with a barge pole.
