"Job Match Now" A Scam?

I see "Job Match Now" postings all over the place and they don't look legit. For example, an Austin, TX warehouse job that pays $20/hr and they pay for college and any certs you need. Yeah, right. If you go to their website, in small print at the bottom of a form you fill out with your personal info, the real reason becomes obvious. They want to sell your info and sell you "higher education opportunities". Am I wrong about them?
