I just ordered a few things from sears?

In my order status it says 1 item is unavaliable and another is disposition unavailable what is this suppose to mean? Are they gonna refund me the difference or are they gonna order these items and wait til it comes before they deliver? Why are they even selling things off the website if their main factory doesn't have the item??
