Got a ticket for driving over divider i mistaken for a flat sheet of ice. should i fight it?

If the road was icey and snow covered you can fight and most likely win. That cop sounds like an idiot, like most of them! I would fight it. One thing people don't realize is that when the economy is bad and cities are hurting for money, cops are required to be more strict on laws that normally would be cause for a stop. We cant do anything but government branches can change rules so they can make up for crappy economy. Fight it!
