He likes you. I wouldn't give away my stuff unless I liked the girl. For the cussing, don't ever think he is changing for you. Some people just want to better themselves or have their own ideas about things like not cussing in the prescense of a lady. If you want him to admit he likes you just ask him "do you like me?" or you could just ask him if he wants to do something sometime.
